We are looking for dedicated educational professionals who will support 78 children in our new daycare center, at full capacity, from the age of one until they start elementary school. The three basic didactic principles will guide our actions: Autonomy – Solidarity – Competence. In the future, we plan to introduce the Early Excellence approach. Together with the director, other team members, and the families, you will set the course for the well-being and education of the children entrusted to your care, as well as for a positive parenting partnership with the parents/guardians.
This daycare center is one of approximately 100 facilities and services in Frankfurt am Main.

Your skills that WE are looking forward to:
- You have completed training as a kindergarten teacher or childcare worker, a degree in early childhood education, or a comparable qualification.
- You are open to the worlds of children between the ages of 1 and school age.
- You are committed to open, needs- and interest-oriented pedagogical work in the daycare center.
- You are curious about the Early Excellence approach and interested in further training.
- Ideally, you have experience in providing practical guidance to trainees and interns.
- You look forward to working with our pedagogical team.
