Your responsibilities as Head of Online Sales (m/f/d)

• Technical and disciplinary management of the Online Direct Sales department with direct reporting to management
• Budget responsibility for all online sales channels
• Further development of the website and online sales channels, including social media development and email marketing
• Development of the international online business
• Coordination of sales activities with product and other sales units
• Optimization and automation of marketing processes
  Your profile as Head of Online Sales (m/f/d)
• Successfully completed degree in Marketing/Media/Business Administration or comparable
• Several years of professional experience with management responsibilities in e-commerce
• In-depth understanding of online B2C sales as well as the development and operation of end-customer websites, including online sales, including international sales
• Experience in process optimization and marketing automation
• Cost-conscious and goal-oriented working practices with a clear focus on performance
• Fluent in the media sector
• Fluent written and spoken German skills
