Your tasks:
• Conduct trading activities for effective liquidity and asset liability management, e.g. money market deals, repo deals and FX-trading
• 5+ years’ experience with FX deal, and familiar with FX spot/fwd/swap/option products
• Effectively management of regulatory liquidity ratios and intergroup balance regulations
• Managing fixed income portfolio for liquidity and investment purposes
• Developing of new financial products and support to find new customers and counterparties through various marketing activities
• Daily contact with other market participants, head office and counterparties
• Analysis of treasury related regulations
• Preparation of reports to the management board, ALCO meeting and head office
• Maintain customer relationship with financial institutional customers, conduct/ update KYC, credit analysis
• Supervise the liquidity ratios and intergroup balance in line with the related regulations developing Excel / SQL based tools for liquidity steering purpose.
• Assist the branch’s management board in decision making on treasury related business, market forecast and business strategies
Your profile:
• Master degree or above in economics or finance, CFA or FRM is a plus
• At least 5 years’ experience in a related trading position
• Deep and intensive knowledge of German and international market
• Experience with Reuters and Bloomberg
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access. VBA and SQL Programming skill is a must.
• Very precise and organized working style. Strong ability to work under pressure.
• Very good Chinese, German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
• Reliable team player with good communicative skills.
